National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is run by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). The NDIS is available to Australians who were either born with or acquire a permanent and significant disability. They fund reasonable and necessary supports and services that relate to a person's disability to help them achieve their goals

- Prince of Wales Spinal Unit provides acute, rehabilitative and outpatient care for people with SCI in the Southern sector of the Statewide Spinal Cord Injury Service (Sydney South West, South Eastern Sydney and Illawarra, Greater Southern, and the Australian Capital Territory).

Royal North Shore Spinal Unit

Rural Spinal Cord Injury Service (RSCIS)
- The Rural Spinal Cord Injury Service (RSCIS) operates as part of a “hub and spoke” model with the SOS to support people with SCI across the Northern NSW Local Health District. The coordinator provides a link between rural clinicians, rural SCI clients, and specialist metropolitan spinal cord injury specific services.

- People with SCI living in the Hunter/New England area, will be referred to the Hunter Spinal Cord Injury Service (HSCIS) for outreach services.

- The Paediatric Rehabilitation service provides rehabilitation services for children and adolescents with acquired or congenital neurological impairments including spinal cord injuries.
